Presentation in English

The Jean Moulin Institute of technology, based in Lyon, France, offers training courses to management at the undergraduate level in its GACO Department.

These training courses are open to foreign students, being or not part of the Socrates-Erasmus European Program, provided they have passed a degree equivalent to the French Baccalaureat. Candidates will be selected by a special commission after having completed an application form (in French).

Lectures and Seminars of the GACO Department cover all the fields of management studies : accounting, marketing, management, logistics, communication, and strategy. They include also transversal courses and seminars on Law, Economics, Foreign languages, and intense practical courses on Information Technology. On average, there are 30 hours of lectures or seminars per week during the year.

Virtually all the courses are given in French. For some of them, documents on which the student have to work can be in English.

The training period also includes a twelve-weeks work experience throughout the two years. Students are to summarise the result of this pre-professional experience in a written report of about 30 pages and have to present it to a jury.
